This is the first time I bought a corset. I wish there would have been an informational sheet in the package to explain the product as far as use and care.

Easy to use website, simple & beautiful storefront, fantastic quality even without the great price, and shipping is remarkably fast.

Great company to order from and a great product. The only problem is so many selections you just have to buy more.

Love their sales, but wasn't 100% sure when my corset would ship. Even if you don't order tracking it would be nice to know that an order has shipped.

Corset Story's customer service is fine. I have ordered from them many times and always received a quick shipment of exactly what I ordered.

thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the corset your ordered was not a perfect fit. As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. If you are not happy with your order, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange. Please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you and also advise you regarding sizing. Kind Regards, CorsetStory
