The website is easy to manouevre. Had a little difficulty when going to finalize my purchase as it would not accept my card number unless there were spaces between the number sets. Good to know for the future. When I figured that out everything went smoothly and I got my corset in the mail very quickly and packaged well.

I don't think I'm a fan of the new website changes. It looks nicer, but for example, I can't tell what's a fashion corset or a steel-boned corset.

The website is super helpful and the product was delivered quickly. The only surprise I encountered was that it was not made very apparent that the corset I purchased was excluded from the general return policy. I bought the corset thinking I could return it if it didn't fit or if there were any defects and I didn't find out it was non-refundable until I received my confirmation email.

It takes a little time for the product to be delivered by basic mail order, however corset story employees did keep in contact with me during the time it was being shiped. The response time to any comments or requests was very fast.
