Love love love the variety and the sales. Website isn't the easiest to navigate; it would be nice if creating an account gave you the ability to create a Favorites or Wish List to easily revisit certain products.

I would have liked it if all of the corsets had been shown with photos from front, back, and side, as some only had front photos. Live models would also have been helpful but we can't have everything.

Great products! The sizes are a little odd, but I'm figuring out which works for me.

I was impressed by the exchange process; I thought it would be difficult and I was not convinced that my product would find me again. I appreciated the fast delivery after my exchange, but thought the initial delivery could have been a bit quicker.

I am sorry to hear that. I can see that your order was sent using our express shipping method, still available last year when placing this order, but it was available also standard shipping for only $ 10.00. Currently, due to customs, for Canada customers is available only the standard one. We do offer a guarantee for refunds and exchanges within the time frame mentioned on the invoice. Apologizes for the inconvenience. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story

thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the corset your ordered was not a perfect fit. As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. If you are not happy with your order, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange. Please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you and advise you regarding sizing. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Cordial saludo Corses-Es

The site is a little difficult to navigate and the no tracking on the shipping is a little scary ... but all in all it seems to be a good product at a good price.
