I've heard nothing but good things about this company but was still hesitant to order something so expensive online. But after speaking with a few burlesque performer friends of mine who have purchased from Corset-Story and seeing the quality of the product I made my purchase. I am so wonderfully impressed with how quickly my corsets were shipped! And such beautiful quality!

Was not immediately clear on product descriptions if their was a zipper or just laces... Would be good to put it more prominently.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the corset you ordered was not a perfect fit. We understand if the tag fell off itself and you need to return your corset. However, in the future please try to return items with their tags on. If possible, please return your item in the same package that you received it in. Please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Corset-Story

Info on the website for sizing was accurate and helpful. Website layout was easy to use and looks good as well. Best of all, the product showed up way, way sooner than I ever expected.

Only complaint is the inability to track package shipment. This is a major detraction for me.

Overall good, the corset I purchased may not fit my wife's chest well but I couldn't figure out how to know that during purchase. Sending me multiple emails for feedback is annoying, will these stop if I remove myself from the normal correspondence email? Sometimes no news is good news.

There were only two shipping options, neither of which offered any sort of tracking information. I was disappointed by that, but I guess it can be hard to provide such a service when shipping overseas. The package did not come with any sort of care instructions for how to clean the products that I could find, which I feel should have been provided for those new to purchasing/wearing corsets. Other than that, I am happy with their service & the quality of their items.
