I ordered the wrong size and the correct size was out of stock when I tried to exchange. Exchange went fairly smooth but I have not seen the replacement yet.

They really went the extra mile to make sure my experience with them was a good one, and I'm so happy with the product that I got, with their customer service, and especially their fantastic deals.

Good quality, a little expensive, I found the same one for $25.00 but they did not have my size.

The products and services provided by Corset-Story are very good. Their returns/exchanges procedure is clunky and inefficient and needs to be updated.

I have yet to have a problem with the site and any questions or concerns I had were addressed almost immediately. I shop online often and Corset-Story has the best customer service I've encountered so far. My package was deliver faster than I could have thought and the packaging was practically water proof, and that was a big concern for me since my area has been receiving downpours recently. Until I encounter any major problems, because small problems do happen no matter how careful and precise we try to be, I believe I will always have a positive review for this company.

I had to return a lot of items, but it was through no fault of the company. My body type/shape just didn't fit these style of corsets. Their customer service was excellent though!
