Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the corset your ordered was not a perfect fit. As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. If you are not happy with your corset, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange. Please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Corset-Story

Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the corset. The laces are meant to be as you explained, however the reason for the corset being too loose at the top may be due the size of the corset not being a good fit for you. Corsets lace through the waist to take the most pressure there and spread it evenly through the eyelets, and having the same amount on either side does not make a difference. If you are not happy with your corset, you are more than welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange. If you need any guidance regarding sizing, please email our customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, who will be happy to help you and will guide you through the returns procedure as well. Kind Regards, Corset-Story
