Very fast shipping, but customer service is slow to respond (48+ hours). Product is top quality but website is messy-- there is no way to search through all of their corsets at once, you have to go section by section.

I appreciate the fact that they couldn't split a set where one part fit and the other didnt', and I also appreciate their excellent return policy.

I was very pleased that the process of buying my corset was easy and fast and affordable. I'm not usually an online shopper, but this company has been a good experience, I'd love to buy from them again.

Love this site. It's a little confusing trying to figure out what size to get, but the products are beautiful and great when they're on sale!

Just amazing. My package was waiting for me when I arrived home tonight. I left my groceries on the door step, I wanted to see my new corsets... Wish I had some one here to help me into them.

Easy and painless refund policy. Communication is prompt. Sizing info need to be clearer instead of being in multiple places in FAQ
