I have looked into your order and can see that you ordered a different size in your recent order than in your previous order, which may be the reason for the difference in sizing. Initial error was on part of the company. Understandable, to err is human. Just felt it could have been taken care of in a more timely manner. The reps were all fantastic in spite of the delays which in the end made it all less greuling. I was happy to finally receive it after the 3rd try, one shipping credit and an express which got it here for an event I wanted to wear it to. Awesome.

I was mistakenly sent the wrong corset during one of my orders, and Laura was a huge help. She was very nice and didn't get short with me even though I asked about 12 dozen questions. :P Also, she refunded me the shipping cost of the return, I thought that was fantastic. Most companies don't do that... I've had an issue with a previous corset, as well -- just a small error with a sale price not showing up correctly, no one's fault -- and they had no problem honoring the sale price for me. :)
