I'm going to be returning both of the corsets I ordered do to poor fitting or one that took over thirty minutes to get just half the hook-n-eye fasteners done, thus I gave up. I don't like the return policy at all, I paid to have it shipped to me and now I have to pay to have it shipped back? I hope you refund BOTH when I return the corsets.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your corsets were not a perfect fit. The corsets bust has an 8” difference to the corsets waist measurement, which means that a 26” corset will have a 34” bust measurement. If your full bust measurement is only slightly bigger than the 8” difference then we would recommend to go for the next size up. If your bust is much bigger or smaller than this then unfortunately and overbust corset will not fit you on your measurements, and you will need to order an underbust. As it is clearly stated in our returns policy and our terms and conditions, we only refund shipping charges if we have sent an incorrect item or a faulty item. You are more than welcome to return your corsets back to us for a refund or an exchange. The website does not give complete product measurements (underbust or hip to waist lengths, etc. Shipping took a long time with little communication. Product quality is sturdy, but the lace overlay on my corset is loose and bunches up, making it susceptible to snagging and tears.

Love the variety of corsets, each time I wear one of my new corsets outside I receive several compliments and give out referrals to your company. On the downs side, when I receive email of sales often times when I go to site the sale price is still reflecting original price {or} I cannot order because the size is not on page.

I haven't received my products yet, so I can't really say for sure what my feedback is. However, I will say that I made an error on my order, and I was unable to change my order and had to pay for s&h twice, which really stunk. I tried to contact the company and they said their policy was against this, but when I've written other companies in the past (you can tell I'm bad with details) they have waived the second s&h fee. Also, I did not get a response to my email for 40+ hours, which is a bit slower than I would have expected. I will say that these things don't make a company poor but I will say that it doesn't make them excellent . I would say overall this has been a neutral experience- all things considered (there could definitely be some QA done on your Web site). But, thank you for having an overall okay experience, I hope that the products turn out well also.
