Corset was excellent as usual, but the shipping that I usually buy (UPS 3-5 day Tracked) was 45 dollars. I'm aware that living in another country makes shipping a bit expensive, but that is ridiculous. I prefer tracked because I always want to know where the package is between the UK and the US, but this time I just couldn't afford it.

No complaints. Had to do express shipping because I procrastinated and had a little hiccup with plan A. Corset arrived on time with no issues.

I live in the US and there isn't a store, site or vendor that has the selection, quality and pricing that Corset Story has. Service and delivery is excellent!

A customer service phone number would be REALLY helpful. I want to talk to someone about the corsets. I've never purchased one before and have tons of questions.

Good morning Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that the corset and tutu were not up to the standard you expected. The fashion corsets are not designed for the support which the steel boned corset would give you and if you email sales@corsets-uk.com they will be able to arrange the return and exchange. Kind regards Nicola Corsets-UK
