A little confused as to how to return and get an exchange for a different size, but besides that the service was good and I got my corsets a little earlier than they said they wold arrive and in good condition.

This company quickly responds to comments and what I really appreciate, they are honest. It's a pleasant change from other internet buying sites. 30day full refunds, 60 day exchanges. Quality!

Even with so many options, finding the 'right' corset proved to be very easy. I have only two concerns about the site, the first being that some corsets have warnings that some corsets fit best on people of certain heights, while others do not. I was unsure whether the warnings were meant for all, or just those specific products. I was also a little confused when there appeared to be different costs for the same product, depending on which page I was on, but overall a very good experience. My corset shipped very quickly and arrived on my doorstep within a week of ordering.

Love that your designs are constantly changing to include less common-looking corsets and that you offer regular sales to help them be more affordable.

The company was great. However, since I live in the U.S., my only shipping options were a very expensive 2 day UPS shipping or a significantly cheaper 7-12 day USPS shipping. I wish there was an in between shipping option or that Corset-Story only used one shipping company. My overall experience was good. I would buy from them again and I would recommend them to others.

The delivery was very timely and I was just so surprised by the incredibly low prices! I was wary at first, expecting some kind of major defect in the product or a very cheap construction but the patterning and fit of the corset is spot-on, with heavy duty boning and all the proper reinforcements and darts... Overall, VERY satisfied with my overall experience at corset-story.com.
