I got the wrong corset before and I would have given this a poor rating but the customer service people helped me out to exchange my corset for the correct one. The labels should be double checked because it was the correct label and code but the wrong corset.

Fast shipping. There was a payment glitch (not their fault) that resulted in a double order and my having to return one item - my return was promptly handled. Will order from again.

Service was good but I don't see why it costs $12 more for ANY kind of tracking, even usps does tracking for like $2 more and I would be willing to pay for that.
