Beautifully made, although the medium is too small for me, I will need to exchange all of them for the larger size

I love the products and simplicity with the order form however the lack of tracking is always scary when ordering. I have no way of knowing when my order will arrive or if it's been lost.

Wanted to exchange an item that didn't fit well and was initially a little concerned about the process--mailing, then sending email, etc.--especially because I was going to be away and wanted the new item sent to a different address. However, they were great. I got the new item in a timely fashion at the different address that I indicated, and they sent a helpful confirmation email. Very pleased with the service.

Every product I've received has been of great quality, however, I've had issues working through the paypal system. So has my mother in law. It's inconvenient for people who want to use another method to pay...
