This is my first time shopping from this website and I like that it gives information on sizing and tells you exactly what the boning is made of.

I had sent an e-mail asking a question and received a sincere reply as opposed to the ones you usually get from companies that sound annoyed, and my order actually arrived one day BEFORE it was scheduled to get here! I was so impressed and excited with my purchase.

I liked the variation of corsets Hated though how long I had to wait for it to be send and for me to receive it... 11 days, I know still in time limit like mentioned on the page. But it's to long for me

There was a problem during shipment and the brown brocade corset never made it. I emailed them and was taking care of very quickly and very professionally. Excellent company that I would recommend to anyone.

Some of the FAQ answers are a little open-ended or somewhat misleading but otherwise the site is wonderful. I love your dedication to customer service and ensuring the customer knows what is the better transaction for them! Thank you for the speedy order processing and answering emails, as well.
