Customer service was personal, helpful and proactive with regards to a shipping and duty issue on my particular order. Communication was prompt and professional. Shopping on the site is user friendly, products are solid and prices competitive. They have great offers as well - bonus.

I was surprised at how quickly I received my order. I've had companies here in the States take longer to send me products.

Products were great but with someone modeling the clothing it's hard to see where the products fit which is why I returned the skirt. I was really upset when I saw the corset I bought go on sale literally 2 days after purchase and I couldn't get the difference back. Every retailer I've ever shopped with has refunded me both online and brick and mortar.
