I chose a size based on my natural waist measurement. However, the corset jacket was so small that I couldn't even get the sleeves past my elbows. I let a friend who weighs almost 30 lbs less than me try it on, and she could barely move her arms because the jacket sleeves were so tight... odd sizing! That said, the order arrived quickly and customer service was great-- super communicative and prompt. I was able to return for a full refund.

I love the 4 (2 underbust and 2 overbust) I just received. They came in pristine condition and in a timely fashion (about a week)! Currently working on seasoning as the corsetstory email suggested. The faux leather underbust with buckle detail is a bit stretchy and fits beautifully already. The others (plain black underbust, cornflower blue dramatic sleeve overbust, and pink tropical-looking off-the-shoulder sleeve overbust) are a tad bit firmer and in need of seasoning. I have a pear shape myself and need to coerce the other 3 a bit to accommodate. It's taking a bit of time but, they are starting to form-fit a bit better. I'm definitely going to buy from here again when I can. The corsets I purchased were beginners (thin and soft but, form fitting, flexible, and supportive). All four have enough support to take a bit of pressure off my lower back, which is really nice. Overall, I'd definitely buy from here again!

I first found this store on an ad in Instagram and i was super skeptical cuz i thought the only way to get a quality corset is from a custom Etsy shop, but i was so wrong. Everything i have ordered from corset story is beyond amazing in quality. I use corsets for medical reasons (my back, and compression for blood pressure issues) and these work great!!! They're so cheap too, go look at Etsy prices compared to this place. Anyway, this store has my heart and i will forever be referring people here cuz its just my favorite; but its also objectively the best.

I bought two corsets in the 44 size (for a 45 & 46 natural waist) and they ran a little big. However, the exchange process was so easy and the new corsets are gorgeous! Definitely highly recommend! The only minor issue is the bust size is slightly large, but nothing a little tighter lacing doesn't fix!
