This is my first time ordering with Corset Story Ltd. and I couldn’t be happier. The quality is amazing, the speed in which my order came was surprising, the selection is great, and above all the customer service is astounding. They were more than happy to help and accommodate when I had trouble with one of the corsets ordered. I initially ordered a set in the wrong size (not based on their assistance, I went with the opinion of a friend instead asking for help from the site) and had no trouble exchanging them, the turn around was quick. The ones I received the second time around were comfortable and beautiful, and the whole process was very low stress.

I love this corset! The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a little difficult to use for new-time corset wearers and it's not as easily concealed as I thought it would be. But I love the structure and silhouette the corset gives me and I can't wait to wear it to a ren faire with my friends this fall!

I ordered a corset dress size 36, the same as everything I have ordered and fits, and it’s still loose after cinching it all the way (ends touching) I have been offered an exchange but the style is no longer available in the sizes that would work as the “36” in this style does fit as the other “36’s” do, so I’m am stuck trying to find a seamstress skilled enough to take the corset dress in so it will fit me correctly. I am extremely heartbroken over the whole ordeal and have had the joy stolen from trying to wear the other corsets as the dress was the sole reason for my second order! It’s really heartbreaking as everything from my first order fit so perfectly, maybe I should not have fallen so in love with the dress before buying it, but isn’t that what we are supposed to do?
