Customer service was very quick to get back to me when I realized I ordered the wrong sizes, and the exchange process has been pretty simple! I'm glad I purchased my first Corsets from here!

The ordering process was very easy and the quality is amazing. I wish the site was a bit less glitchy, i.e. it would lose the search filters when browsing, or it clicking the next page would bring you to the next page but you'd be at the bottom and have to scroll up. Minor annoyances, really.

Not only was the shipping super fast getting text alerts let me know exactly when they arrived so I could get them out of the rain

Great stuff, love my corsets, I just need to be aware of sizing. While the overbust corsets fit great, the underbust one I got is too small, even though I checked the sizing and order appropriately. Good to be aware that they run a bit small for me! Same with the shaper, which was too small.

Buying a corset for my daughter's wedding was very enjoyable. The product was shipped very quickly even after I kept getting the wrong size. The corset is beautiful!

Great quality and materials. These were gifts for a friend and she loved most of them! (She did return/exchange due to sizing and fit), but she loved the ones she kept. Easier to navigate website and very responsive customer service. Definitely will buy again!

Fast turnaround time and great customer service, very prompt. Only complaint I had was when I added something to my cart, a pop out screen showed the contents and my total. I couldn't find how to exit the cart screen and go back to the screen I had been on. I had to exit the cart screen which would take me back to the main screen and would have to go through the search process again.

My friend loved the helpful compression around her middle, and though it took several tries, sending and resending, to get the proper fit/model for her, the customer service here was stellar!
I will absolutely recommend anyone give Corset Story a try, if they're uncertain about details or just needing some expert guidance, the staff here is fantastic with that!

I would have given more stars but the reason you only have 4 is because every time you place an item in your cart you have to go back in and put in your sizing again instead of it just staying on that size unless you want to change it. Also more selection for us bigger girls would be appreciated. You have many beautiful corsets but most don't fit size 40.

The website is very easy to navigate and it was very easy to find the size chart. I have never bought a proper corset but I confidently made my order, unlike other websites that don’t have good size charts and make it very stressful.

Navigating the site was not as easy as I would have liked. When i shopped the 4 for 1 sale, then put in my waist size, I could easily browse through the pages of corsets, but when I clicked on one for further information, I could not get back to the previous page, and had to re- navigate all the intermediate steps to return to the page I had been looking at. Also, though your measurement page and instructions talk about the body length from bust to hip, it doesn't seem to be easily found on each corset information page, or included in the sizing parameters. It was unclear which corsets were on tall models or short ones. I am 5'10", and saw many of your reviews were from women shorter than 5'5". Your website was mostly easy to use, and checkout was simple.

Hi Gabrielle,
Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback, it is really appreciated. I have passed on your comments to our IT team to look into what is happening with this function further.
We currently offer a range of corsets which are called Longline for people 5ft 7" or taller. To ensure that corset length is more clear, we are in the process of creating a new range of corsets and each design will come in 3 different lengths: Petite, Regular and Long.
Best wishes, Kerry-Sue

The website was easy to navigate with a great selection and shipping was fast. The quality of the products is excellent, and when I determined I would need to return some for fit/suitability issues Corset Story was extremely helpful and fast at processing my exchange. Overall I would highly recommend shopping here!
