I have placed periodic orders from Corset Story since 2013. I love your "secret" sale page that insiders have access to, but I have noticed that at the beginning of the sale, there's a little less options to choose from. For example- the first day of recent sale I looked at specifically underbust corsets. There was probably about 8 options with only about 2 being in my size or style. The last day of the sale, I looked briefly and found probably 15+ options with a variety of sizes available. Corset Story will always be the "diamond in the rough" for finding affordable, comfortable, and stylish.

Customer service is amazing! Hannah worked with me to ensure that I would get the right size for my corsets and was very prompt in her responses. She was able to cancel an order and replace it with the proper size when we discussed how loose my corsets were when I originally ordered. She also gave me great information on how they should fit. I'm very pleased!!

I had a great shopping experience. :) the layout of the website was beautifully done and there was a large selection of products. All the categories made it easy to find things and ratings on comfort, disguise ect made choosing helpful as well. I am very pleased with my order. I can’t believe how quickly they came, particularly considering they came from the UK to USA. There was a wide variety on the website and it was easy to find tons in my size, it actually took a while to narrow down the ones I wanted to try, there was such a great selection.

Corset story has honestly been amazing.

The site is laid out in ways that makes everything clear and accessible for both the inexperienced and experienced alike. And should you have any questions, they communicate with customers well and with all the information you would need.

The quality of the corsets is great. There's a noticeable improvement on the more expensive corsets, as one would hope - but even the cheaper ones don't look or -feel- cheap, aside from some of the ribbons maybe - the quality of some of those could be a bit better, but especially when doing multi-buy deals, gotta make it up somewhere.

Also, while I haven't completed my return yet, I made a purchase of eight corsets which, due to a pickup in my training regimen, I'd lost inches before they arrived (even with two pre-orders that weren't supposed to be ready yet as of today, my order arrived only a week and a half after I purchased them, and even shipping to Canada as they did, only two days after they were marked as shipped, so it wasn't at all on them) I took a look at what was needed for the return and it's much simpler than I'd even anticipated in order to do a return for either refund or exchange. Allowing customers to simply select what we want to exchange for and what size in advance of sending it back, so that everything is clear. I really appreciate that.

With all of this, the multi-buy pricing, and the many beautiful designs, I am very pleased with Corset Story, and can absolutely see myself ordering from them in the future again. It's worth it to give them a try and decide for yourself.

I absolutely loved all the styles of the corsets you has to offer of your site. However alot of the style I loved the most were made with patterned fabric I'd never wear or look good in. Also alot of the sizes for 25 waist were sold out.

The only downfall I have is that the ones that are sold out or unavailable, I wish would be in an entire different section. Other than that, I love it.

We ordered 4 corsets, though we only needed one. While all were pretty and well made, they came in two different sizes though all were ordered by measurements. One of them was too tight even when let out fully. The other three were just one size bigger than the too small one and they were all too big even when pulled in to their maximum degree. It was all very disappointing.

Nice corsets, good quality and comfortable. Some fit oddly but easily fixable. Shipping was super fast! I even had to return and exchange some of my corsets because I chose the wrong sizes, and the process was really easy and fast. I loved the 4 for 1 deal!

The corsets here are made out of really great material! I definitely will recommend to friends and will buy here again!
