I am very happy with my experience with coset story. I bought corsets that had the 4 for 1 offer. Upon receiving my order, one of them did not fit properly. It was the only long sleeve and ended up being too tight there. The exchange was really easy to do and I am currently waiting for the new corset, just a few more days.

Website needs some work. Filter options don't stick well & I found I was constantly having to reapply them. The next page buttons should be at three bottom of the page too. Kinda a pain to have to scroll all the way back up to go to the next page.

Very easy to browse, check sizes and decide which corsets to buy. Well designed site.

The corsets are beautiful and well-made (from my admittedly amateur perspective), and as many other customers have said, returns and exchanges are consistently and famously quick and easy. I love that there are gradually more reviews and customer-provided images to look through when making a decision (I really should do my part and contribute to that). My only complaint about the shopping/browsing process is that the filter functions are not user-friendly. It's very frustrating when I want to search, for example, for only corsets that offer a 2" waist reduction in the color blue, and when I click through to the second page of results, or click a product and then go back to my search result page, my filters disappear and I have to re-select them. I suppose I don't really mind looking through the entire collection multiple times, but this really should be more intuitive.

The representatives are so very wonderful! I misread a predate order and contacted them to see when things would ship as they send it all out at once. Once figuring out when it was supposed to be shipping (end of the month) they were kind enough to offer a product exchange if we weren’t able to wait long enough. The exchange was extremely painless and the team shipped it out as soon as possible. I definitely haven’t been this please with another company before :)

Shopping the website was easy - item designs are categorized not only by type of corset, but also function amd genre. Search bar makes it easy to search by color. Prices are high, but the "Buy one, get four" promotion enabled me to pick my five favorite styles. Shipping was super fast and included tracking, which is fantastic since product comes from the UK. Shipping also includes all duties/taxes required for international customers, so it's alao hassle-free.

It was super easy to check sizing and specific corset details (materials, method of closure, etc.). I'm excited to receive my purchase as I've been following Corset Story for a very long time!

The search function could be improved. If yo filter out by size ie. 32 it only shows 32 not equivalent sizes such as 12. Also it sometimes allows corsets through not available in the filtered size.

I’ve had great customer service before, but Corset Story tops them all! Not only are the products too notch (gorgeous, comfy, perfect for my needs as a disabled person with ribs that dislocate), but they don’t stop at the checkout. They make sure the corsets fit, make it easy to exchange or return if not, have sweet and helpful staff, go above and beyond to make customers happy, AND have a helpful newsletter that teaches you about how to wear and take care of your corset. I’m blow away. They have a customer for life.

it’s a bit difficult to sort through various corset styles. also, the sort from price low to high doesn’t work at all lol

I wasn’t told that the entire package wouldn’t be sent until all the corsets were ready (including the preorder). I wasn’t supposed to get my package until August because of that. I contacted someone, and they said they could switch out the preorder for another corset. They didn’t mention that it needed to be of the same value as the one that I had already ordered. I was told after I chose another corset that I would owe $30 for the new order. I paid it, already being frustrated and tired of dealing with the situation. In future circumstances, tell the customer that none of the corsets will be delivered until all the corsets are in and if you don’t then allow them to get another corset up to $50 above the already made order. I’m a larger size, and a lot of the corsets are of preorder status, so unless I got a corset I didn’t like I would have not met the value of the original corset that was on preorder.

I am amazed at the quality of the corsets, the speed of delivery, and the amazing customer service. I ordered 8 corsets but found they were all too big. It was easy to return them. I ended up buying 10 corsets in my correct size. I wore the first one last night and received so many compliments. I felt confident and beautiful. I am stunned at my entire interaction with this company and amazed at the detail and craftsmanship of the products.
