They were awesome. I made a booboo when I placed my order and didn’t select my sizes. I emailed them the next day when I realized and they made adjustments before sending my package. It was a bit of a go trying to find the ones I wanted in my size but we figured it out and they should be on their way soon. They were very nice, prompt and super understanding of my excitement for my first purchase! Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

The most beautiful corsets ever. They are super helpful, DHL never sent me a package from back in May and the Corset Story crew were the best! they contacted DHL and always kept me informed and sent me a replacement.

The website is easy to navigate, pictures tasteful and appropriate, ordering is vey easy, the guide on how to measure yourself is extremely helpful. Customer for years, never disappointed and I always recommend to others who attend renaissance fairs and those I know who are waist training.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size on one of my recent purchases. Kerry-Sue was quick to respond and was able to get it all sorted before the order was shipped. I've bought from here before and will continue to do so in the future--their customer service is great!
