I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. The corsets ooze quality and sex appeal. My daughter and I went together on a promotion and could not be happier. I love that some of them came with cord and ribbon laces. I will definitely be ordering from you again!!! Next time, I'm going to be more daring. The pictures do not do justice to some of the corsets ordered. And BLAZING fast delivery. Sized exactly as advertised. All promises delivered. I'm always in love with my corsets! However. maybe we could put in a feature that pops up when you put one in your cart that says "you've already bought this one in a size 22". I only say this because I've accidently bought the same corset twice, and yes it was my fault, but that feature would be helpful!

Always a good experience and great product, I am not too thrilled with this holding your order until a piece or two comes in but what can you do?

I had a great experience shopping at Corset Story. The corsets are all high quality and beautiful. In my order, one of the corsets was backordered for 2 months but to my surprise, it arrived in a matter of days with the rest of my order. I did do an exchange of one of my purchases: it was a corset dress that didn’t fit me at all and was a different color than the photos on the website (the shade was different enough to matter). The exchange/return process was very easy to figure out and very quickly I was able to select a different corset that I ended up loving even more than the dress I originally purchased. My whole purchase experience went very smoothly and I am one happy customer!

I haven’t received it yet. The parcel was apparently handed off in Seattle to USPS and they can’t seem to find it

I have purchased over 20 corsets from corset story. I really love their products and the customer service they provide is SECOND TO NONE in the most literal sense! If this review was about the quality of products Corset Story offers or the outstanding customer service they provide their customers, there is no doubt, 5 stars all day, every day! Unfortunately I'm being asked to rate my shopping experience with Corset Story and as a frequent shopper with somewhere around 30 Corset Story corsets purchased, I do have some criticism. It's the website. It needs help. The photos can be rediculously slow to load and most the time only half a page loads. It's not just my current phone either. 3 different phones, a tablet and a laptop, all have experienced this. There's been a time or two where I've checked my email, seen a older notice from Corset Story about a big sale they're putting on so I go online and check the website and I'm scrambling to decide because time is almost up on the sale they're having and the damn pictures won't load. It's probably the little romantic videos of the girls modeling the corset you are looking at that is slowing the website down. Perhaps a still shot of the video and when you click on it, it opens in a new tab while leaving you free to continue browsing the website. I'm not a tech gal so I don't know if that'll speed things up or not.

Another thing about the shopping experience, most of the time I won't have even received my corsets yet and I'll get emails asking me to rate the corset I've purchased, that I haven't even received yet! C'mon folks, give it 10 days to two weeks after you know a customer has received their corsets before asking for a review. Most people work during the week. When you get home from work, you're tired. Last thing you want to do is lace yourself up in a corset. Most people are gonna try them on during the weekend. And on a multi-buy, where more than one or two corsets are purchased, such as your 4 for 1 deals, it's gonna take a couple weeks to try them all on and develop an opinion about them. I myself still have corsets I've never taken out of the bag. Maybe just send an email inviting customers to review their purchases when they've had an opportunity to get comfortable in their new corsets. You'll probably get less lower ratings if you give people time to feel out their purchases. In that "friendly, no pressure" email you can remind folks about your outstanding, free return policy if there is any problems whatsoever and include a link that will take customers, especially first time corset users, to a page with advice and/or instruction on how to get into their new corset and how to clean and store and take care of their new corset. Remember, this type of garment is over 200 years old and alot of newbies (such as I was) have no idea how to care for their new corsets, let alone lace one up by themselves! A lot of your business is first timers, guaranteed! You have very warm and beautiful models, how about asking your (art director? Production head? Marketing director?) person that is in charge of curating the image of Corset Story to get with some of the girls and make a few videos, some photos and some write ups about the use and care of your new corset. The real story of Corset Story should be that your company is the "be all, end all" authority of corsets. The way you guys practically give these things away, your company should be the wikipedia of corsets.

Ok. That's enough free marketing advice from me for one review. I can get a bit long winded when speaking about something I'm passionate about. Good thing you guys don't sell high heel shoes, then you'd really get an earful! I love your product and I think what you folks are doing over there at Corset Story is wonderful. The website can use some retooling but the reviews Ive read of your other customers is golden. People really like your products and you should really listen to their criticisms, and I'm sure you do. I have a whole other rant about your sizing issues, (sleeves, bust and general confusion over sizing methods) but I'll save that for a review about your products.
