Although their customer service is excellent, I must drop my score to good because each order I receive lately has some mistake on either the actual color or the wrong size is sent to me. Customer service did correct their mistake free of charge and send me the correct corset.

When a corset I was interested in was out of stock I was only given standard FAQ responses, which is understandable but can be frustrating when it is unknown if the particular is out of order temporarily, is discontinued, or if it will ever be in stock.
