my order arrived in 11 days. I think that is wonderful since it went from England to the USA. their products are always as described and very good quality.

I think their web site could use some tweaking. When I try to narrow down my product searches, something is always out of place or not listed correctly. For example, there will be an underbust corset listed when I clicked to search for overbusts. When I try to search by size, not every option comes up.

Good quality products and good prices. My order got mixed up and I had to send something back, but the return process went smoothly and the people who handled the returns were courteous and patient even though I sent them the wrong information twice.

I have ordered many things from Corset Story and only ever had one problem. And it did not relate to or affect this latest order.

Items were shipped and received in a timely manner, just 5 business days from order. I have only 1 complaint. The items were not shipped in a box or heavy envelope, just a thin plastic envelope. While no damage occurred to the product, I have seen more resistant shipping packaging suffer at the hand of the post office.

Not only do they show what their stock is on each item, but they show what the stock is on each size. I love that. I was able to keep my eye on my size and get exactly what I wanted.

The ordering process was easy, and I received my items in less than a week (I live in the U.S.). They have a great selection, and there is always a good sale!
