Very good

Got a great deal on the quick shipping and it actually came in only 2 days!

The website experience was fine. Can't rate the corset as I am still waiting for it.

I've purchased a couple items from this company a few times so far and I've had wonderful service! Never an issue with shipping and always having great deals available!!!

great communication & customer service!

Good prices and selection

No chemise available on the website. Since I plan to wear this every-day and it is expensive, I would have preferred to have them available to purchase at the same time.

When I had a mix up in my order they went above and beyond to ensure I had my product and was still satisfied in a timely manner.

love this site soooo gooood with pricing and deals

Its a cool site, I love the different styles

The corset arrived very quickly.

Overall, the experience was good and the products are fantastic at an excellent price. I made two orders with them recently and had two things that were problems. One, the sizing information in the drop-down menus is misleading and led to me ordering the wrong size corset. I feel that the waist ranges in the waist-reducing corsets should be wider and overlapping. The ranges you have listed will lead to people being able to completely close the corset quite easily. The size I need is actually TWO sizes smaller than what you have listed for my waist measurement. I ordered one size smaller than what you listed, and can still close the corset completely. Second, one order contained one in-stock corset and one that had to be made. I contacted the company by e-mail after the in-stock one arrived (too big) to see if I could change the size on the backordered/being made one. I received no answer. I e-mailed a second time, and received no answer. I understand that they may not have been able to change the size, but I would have expected an answer to my e-mail at least. Overall, the quality of the products and the price are amazing. The customer service left me extremely disappointed.

Outstanding customer service with speedy replies to email inquiries.

Corset story has a large variety of high quality corsets.

I love the shop I just wish a few of my favorite items weren't so expensive
