I asked for discreet customs declaration...instead, it said Ladies Apparel. Wish it would have been more discreet.

One item was not as pictured. Customer Service promptly handled my exchange. When the exchange was no longer available, they gave me a credit for my item plus return shipping. I always get excellent service through using the support site which sends me an email as an update.

Once I asked for sizing help, it did take about 3-4 days before I heard back. Att hat point I heard back from several people and got the answers I needed. Your site needs to be more clear on sizing to avoid issues for others int he future.

Ordering is usually very simple, but I ran into a snag with this order: When I was looking at the various colours of this style I wanted to get, when they all ran out, rather than saying each size was sold out, or something on the page itself saying that particular colour was all sold out, the drop-down menu to select what size one wants simply disappeared. I thought there might be some error displaying it, either on the website itself or on my end, and my confusion in not realizing that the problem was simply that no more were left made me miss out on getting it in one of the other colours I liked. The mistake was mine and I did manage to get one in the style I wanted, if not in my preferred colour (and colour wasn't that big of a deal with this particular one, for me, so I'm not mad about it), but I did find it confusing. I would suggest leaving that drop-down menu available with all the sizes simply marked SOLD OUT!! as the individual ones are when they sell out, or else put Sold out in the spot that menu should be. There wasn't any overt indication that that one was sold out, but it's an easy fix, I think. :-) Otherwise, I have never had any issues at all with ordering from you, and the delivery time is always very good.

Did not love my fashion corset. Decided to give you another try. Bought a waist trainer. It's amazing! Love love love!

My original purchase was made in mid-December, but I did not receive the corset I bought. After a few months, I contacted the company and was told it was out of stock. The matter was handled wonderfully and immediately. I was given the option of choosing a replacement and was even given a credit to my account because the replacement was on sale for less than the corset I originally purchased. I am extremely pleased with the ease with which this issue was resolved. My only wish is that I would have been able to receive the actual corset I had bought and paid for. If it had been out of stock when I made the purchase, I should not have been able to complete the order and my money deducted from my account.
