I ordered a Steampunk corset last year and was extremely pleased with the corset and the service. I have recommended Corset Story to all my friends. My recent service was also very good.

Thank you for your feedback, we are happy to hear that you were please with your Steampunk item and have received good services from us, and we thank you for your recommendations! We are sorry to hear that the fashion corset you ordered was not to your expectations. Our Steampunk corsets a made with Steel bones and are very supportive and sturdy, and our fashion corsets are made with acrylic plastic bones, these corsets are designed more as a normal top for every wear, parties, dance events etc as they give people more movement than our Steel boned corsets which are for waist clinching purposes. The two styles are completely different and offer different purposes. Please email our customer services team in regards to this issue and they will be able to help you further: sales@corsets-uk.com

Due to international shipping, the item took a little longer than expected to reach me, but was in perfect condition when it did arrive.

I had to order the product twice. While satisfied with the appearance I ordered a piece that was to small. When I opened an RMA I never heard back. I really did want the piece and the look is beyond reproach so I ordered it again. I would however maybe look at your response time to RMA.

Its hard to tell which corsets are GE on site, some are labeled as such in the product info, and some are not (? maybe, i really hope more than those listed are GE...I'd certainly buy more if I could tell...). A search option to only display the GE corsets on sale would be nice.

Excellent quality. Just wish I had ordered a size smaller, but since the 36 is low stock as well, I am reluctant to return the one I have because I love it so much.
