Took a very long time to ship, and the item wasn't at all what I was expecting. Hopefully, it's easy to return.

I would say excellent, except for my corset breaking the moment I tried to tie it. The corset tops were very well priced and beautiful in appearance, and my order arrived in a timely manner. I am hoping I will be able to replace the broken top.

the only issue, when given waist measurement, corset fit was too loose,so would indicate to order a smaller size.

Excellent products at excellent prices!! I paid for the cheapest shipping ($8), so it took 10 working days before I got my order.

There's very little communication. Other than information on the site saying my order is complete, I have no idea where my order is, whether it's in the mail or still processing.

Customer service response is lacking. I understand the time difference but emails should be replied to in no later than 24 hours if that. It's only an 8 hour difference between there and the West Coast US so I'm not sure why it would take more than a day to respond even if you received the email after closing hours. Also, the email response system is messy and looks confusing when creating a chain message from previous emails. It may have been the cause of miscommunication as well. Otherwise I think the company is good.

Good Selection, easy ordering. Not sure about the fit yet. Shipping was quite slow I think.

Generally, excellent service, very quick to deliver, thank you. The quality of the corsets have been overall very good. Sizing is a bit haphazard with some 44 fitting me and a couple not. I have ordered 42 and they fitted better than a 44 I ordered. Steel boning is good and strong. Overall, an excellent level of service and a reliably good quality product.
