When I placed my order, all my items were in stock. One corset I ordered was out of stock and was not going to arrive for another three weeks. Unfortunately, it was an item I needed right away. Even that being said, I am very impressed with the quality and workmanship of their items.

Customs label declares corset to be 100% synthetic while the online listing claims a cotton lining. Product shipped in a BAG without ANY padding to protect it during transit. $8 SH could certainly buy a box and add a silica packet to ensure the corset is not a victim to moisture. Other than that the corset seems sturdy and communication was good.

idk. I had wanted to change my order, but after calling multiple times several days in a row, the most I got was once when a prerecorded message stated they were at lunch. I did eventually receive an email though. may I suggest an answering service of some sort?

My order did not arrive. After contacting customer service, via an e-mail, they issued a store credit and I re-ordered.
