I love the corsets I ordered except for the fact that they are shorter than I'm used to. Without knowing precisely where the corset length is measured made it difficult to compare to those I own.

I was very surprised by the extra duty/shipping charge when my order arrived. I placed two separate orders, and ended up having to pay an additional $125+ on arrival.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that the item did not fit you as expected. In regards to our fashion corsets, we do advice for you to order the dress size indicated to your natural waist measurement, for example, you might be a normal US dress size 14 but your waist measurement might indicate you are a different dress size in our corsets. For more information, please email our customer services: sales@corsets-uk.com

Pretty good customer service. The item I purchased was no longer available after I paid for it, so I ended up paying more money for something else. Fairly easy to switch and received it in 10 days. Pretty Satisfied.

Order status on the website is automatically updated , so even if it says your package is shipped, it may not be. I was not told my order didn't go through until it was supposed to be almost delivered. After jumping through a few hoops, they happily helped me re-place my order and gave me some compensation for the trouble
