The customer service was great, but the returns process was not.

There was some confusion about my order. Your website said that the order was complete and shipped when in fact it had not been. Maybe there is a bug in the back order system but fixing that would be good.

I am a well endowed woman and am puzzled as to why the overbust corsets are loose up top on me. My torso is on the broad side - I have quite a bit of lung capacity - and shirts are often too tight across my chest while they fit everywhere else. This is not the first overbust corset I have purchased, I find that the extra room up top means I do not have to carry a purse -

Aside from difficulty figuring how to return something, it was a good experience.

The only thing I think could be better is if you added a tracking number to packages sent out. I really like knowing when things are going to arrive, so I can make sure I'm home to get them.

Company was prompt returning my emails and addressing concerns I had. Was very pleased once I received my products, however shipping took a bit longer than I expected.

Very fast delivery. Love the quality of the real corsets. I don't like the fashion ones, but I like a corset to shape the waist.
