I’m amazed! Normally I’m skeptical about buying online - especially with as good of a deal as was offered. The order took a while to get to me because some items were special order. I was nervous the whole time.
When it finally arrived, I got to trying them on. I’m absolutely amazed! The quality is exceptional. The fabric is nice, the boning sturdy, the laces nice, the hooks and zips strong. Everything about these is impressive. I can’t wait to build outfits with them!
I triple-measured to make sure of sizing and all but one fit great. I’m not sure why the last one doesn’t fit but for the price, I’ll deal with it. I think I can manage to alter it or have it altered.
All around, very impressed with this company. And their customer service is great!

I had a lovely time shopping at the Corset Story website. Honestly, the only down point I had was when I realized I had way too many corsets in my shopping cart and that I needed to cut down a bit. Auto size was good but still like the option of having chart and did not like the least cost to most -highest cost filter removed.
Had to repeatedly reset filter to corsets in stock. Upgrade was not worth the results- too little gain for likely what the company paid.

Sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with the filters, the ability to sort by price has never not been on the website. The filter settings to reset for customers who are using private browser sessions and the browser would not have access to the selections being made.

Products are great when you finally get them. Review is on shipping and delivery. Don’t know why you can’t set up system to make multiple shipments if customers are willing to pay extra shipping. Shipping by DHL is horrible. They skipped my delivery and said it was because my business was closed. It’s a residential address and three people were home. Horrible to reach a person at customer service. Drop DHL.

Sorry to hear that your experience with DHL was bad on this occasion, we do offer both DHL and UPS for our US customers for the same price, we find that certain areas/states prefer DHL and certain areas prefer UPS.
With regards to partially shipping orders, I am afraid it is something we can not offer on the big Multibuy offers as it causes a lot of issues with customs clearance, we do include this messaging on our order confirmation emails.

The filter options made shopping incredibly easy! Anytime I had any question, customer support was super helpful! My only complaints are that selecting different colors on certain corsets lead to entirely different pages that have to be loaded seperately, and the only measurement on the pages is the waist measurements, no info on underbust or hip measurements. That being said, corset-story has probably been the smoothest online shopping experience in a while!
