The shipment was a little late, and i still haven't received all of it. BUT i have been in regular communication with the corrset story staff and they have sent me a corset i 'needed' for an upcoming event as that one was already available in their warehouse

I ordered corsets over 6 weeks prior to an event in anticipation of wearing one at the event. The event was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my corsets. I was told that 4 of 6 corsets were ready to ship but was told all corsets had to be shipped at once. Service is very disappointing.

I've been a long-time customer, and VERY happy with everything I've received. Any issues are promptly resolved by friendly, knowledgeable staff. I'll continue to be a customer, for as long as there are corsets to buy and a body to clothe in them! Cheers!

the styles are gorgeous but it was difficult to find things in my size.

Shipping was delayed two times, items were supposed to be in time for an event and are still delayed even with getting an email confirmation saying my items would arrive earlier, for a second email saying they would be a few days late, got a third email saying they are delayed further. Love the product but the shipping and delivery is a bust.

It was supposed to take 6-8 weeks because of pre order items. It took 16 weeks. There was no communication from them about it being delayed. I had to email them multiple times, and it wasn't very helpful because I just kept getting told to wait longer. I'm okay with waiting, but they need to tell me that, not just wait till I get irritated enough from no communication that I have to email them about it. The actual corests themselves are pretty well made, I do really like most of the ones I ordered, but almost all of the colors of fabrics weren't true to the pictures. The colors seemed to be darker or slightly different "tones" than expected.

I have been an admirer and consumer of corsets since I was 18 (now 35) and corset story has THE BEST quality of corsets I have ever worn. The quality is superior from stitching to fabric and their sizing charts are spot on. They are not only gorgeous but they are tools to feel that way as well. Love corset story and recommend every time I get a compliment, which is A LOT!

My order made it to me quickly, and everything I ordered was exactly as pictured. I’ve purchased from them before. Great company.

I’m so happy with my Corsets. I love them all…I was able to get a deal of 6 for the price of one which is so surprising. I wasn’t able to pass that up….The material is lovely…I’m in love

Wonderful fabric, exceptional construction, and impeccable fit! I ordered six corsets at once, and all are of the same outstanding quality. I had to wait for my order to ship for 8 wks due to one "pre-ordered" item, but the shipment did arrive within the promised time frame. The email communication and shipment tracking were spot-on and extremely helpful, also. Tremendously impressed with this company and all the items I purchased!
A little about myself: I'm a singer/songwriter & performer, and I'll soon be launching a video podcast with a Steampunk theme. In addition, I travel and perform at many Steampunk and Renaissance Faires. I will thoroughly enjoy wearing my Corset-Story corsets while performing and, I'm sure, will happily answer lots of inquiries about where I found them! Thanks so much!

Chris was super helpful when I found out I had ordered the wrong sizes. He made my whole experience an enjoyable one instead of stressful. My corsets just shipped and I can't wait to receive them.

Extra points for answering my questions on Facebook (shoutout to Chris) the corsets are beautiful and adjustible. Perhaps next time they have a sale and I have an extra chunk of money I shall invest in new corsets from here
