I ordered corsets over 6 weeks prior to an event in anticipation of wearing one at the event. The event was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my corsets. I was told that 4 of 6 corsets were ready to ship but was told all corsets had to be shipped at once. Service is very disappointing.

Shipping was delayed two times, items were supposed to be in time for an event and are still delayed even with getting an email confirmation saying my items would arrive earlier, for a second email saying they would be a few days late, got a third email saying they are delayed further. Love the product but the shipping and delivery is a bust.

It was supposed to take 6-8 weeks because of pre order items. It took 16 weeks. There was no communication from them about it being delayed. I had to email them multiple times, and it wasn't very helpful because I just kept getting told to wait longer. I'm okay with waiting, but they need to tell me that, not just wait till I get irritated enough from no communication that I have to email them about it. The actual corests themselves are pretty well made, I do really like most of the ones I ordered, but almost all of the colors of fabrics weren't true to the pictures. The colors seemed to be darker or slightly different "tones" than expected.

I have been an admirer and consumer of corsets since I was 18 (now 35) and corset story has THE BEST quality of corsets I have ever worn. The quality is superior from stitching to fabric and their sizing charts are spot on. They are not only gorgeous but they are tools to feel that way as well. Love corset story and recommend every time I get a compliment, which is A LOT!

Wonderful fabric, exceptional construction, and impeccable fit! I ordered six corsets at once, and all are of the same outstanding quality. I had to wait for my order to ship for 8 wks due to one "pre-ordered" item, but the shipment did arrive within the promised time frame. The email communication and shipment tracking were spot-on and extremely helpful, also. Tremendously impressed with this company and all the items I purchased!
