Lack of communication. Delivery delayed two weeks past maximum estimated date with no email. No apology, explanation, or compensation offered. Also, DHL is bad for home deliveries, but ok for business deliveries. For personal orders, consider UPS for USA homes.

I wish you would standardized your sizing or note the equivalency of the 20.22.24 sizing method with the US2,4,6 unit of sizes.

The Corsets fit beautifully. I love the quality and designs. I wish corset tops and shirts were more mindful of people with big arms but most corsets with straps (like stays) are adjustable so that is helpful. I love ordering from this brand, it is just hard- but worth it- to wait for them to arrive!

The corsets are beautiful and well made. They just aren't made for flat chested, pear shaped women. In order to fit my waist/hips, my measurements recommended a size that unfortunately makes me SWIM in the bust. I purchased Boomba inserts, which help...but the fit still isn't quite right...even with the tightest setting on the top. This is the only reason I can't give 5 stars.

Initially getting my shipment before my big event was a bit hairy, but at no fault of corset story. Despite the conflict in the middle east, my order was able to be shipped to me via air instead of sea, and it came within 3 days of my tracking number being issued. The corsets themselves are gorgeous and feel sturdy yet comfortable. Well worth the wait in my opinion, I can't wait to place a second order.

All the basic tools are there for website and ordering, the searches were pretty reflective of what I was looking for but there were some limitations that I'm concerned with that made my experience not as good. The selection and the availability of larger sizes is good, but I was hoping for more over size 38. I'll try it since your tool indicated that's my size, but I usually get at least a 40 or 42 so I ordered a couple of larger ones for comparison. I wasn't happy that for as many larger size corsets you have I only saw two with plus size models. To bring this up to a 4star experience, You should show at least one of each shape/style on a plus model so you can see what it looks like on a body. A body type try on tool would bring this up to a 5 star experience.
