The availability for larger sizes is scarce, and the email advertisements keep talking about the sale being for a limited time and yet the emails keep coming. It seems a bit manipulative to pretend that the sale is soon to end when it's clearly not the case.

I had a fantastic experience. I ordered during the 6 for 1 multibuy and ended up with 2 orders. A lot of them were preorders, so it was going to take some time to get either order. Once enough of them were done and I reached out to customer service, they moved products around to send 6 of my 12 corsets earlier so I wouldn't have to wait for all of the preorders to be finished. This experience went above and beyond my expectations. Customer service is quick, kind, and very helpful. And as usual, the quality of the products is fantastic.

Overall a good shopping experience but are a couple of things that would make it nicer. 1. I would like a view where I can see only 1 of each corset style and then the color options once the style was selected. 2. It would be nice if there were an option to select a size to shop in and have only results with those sizes available show up, and/or default to that size when a style is selected.

Measured self and entered in those measurements into the site. Followed what site recommended size wise, and corsets I received were too large with it cinched all the way. Very excited to receive these and was extremely disheartened to see I won’t be able to wear any of them. Though they seem to be made very well.

The corsets are beautiful, good quality, and incredibly sturdy. My sister and I split the order and were both at opposite ends of the weight scale. Both of our corsets arrived quickly, properly packaged, and details correct.
Our only struggle was the website sometimes glitching and being hard to use. It didn’t detract from the product but the experience. I plan to order more later

Lack of communication. Delivery delayed two weeks past maximum estimated date with no email. No apology, explanation, or compensation offered. Also, DHL is bad for home deliveries, but ok for business deliveries. For personal orders, consider UPS for USA homes.
