The order arrived about 2 weeks after being placed, which isn't really good or bad.

Ronald, Thank you for your feedback, the smell the corset has is a dry cleaning product, if you air the corset out the corsets smell with go away. If you have any further inquiries please email our customer services team: sales@corsets-uk.com

The corsets seem to be very well constructed as described online. I am still waiting for my corset to be delivered. It has now been 10 days. I wish I had a tracking number. Purchasing the corset took over a week. The website does not allow transactions via Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. The only way we got to make the purchase was to inject Paypal with a Moneypak after a Corsets-Story customer service rep., Laura, set up my account. I tried to order the corset I wanted for a couple weeks. If Corsets-Story wants to improve their sales, a better online system has to be established.

I loved the wiast training corset that I bought from them. I have severe posture issues and it has helped me to work on those as I was hoping it would. The materials used in the corset that i bought was above anything that I have found in the US.

I received my order- once again I need to send it back- I ordered according to the sizing chart- everything is way too small !

I thought my purchases were beautiful but after enquiring about size still ended up being super small & have had to sell one off & still have the other one for a smaller waisted gal. I had given my waist measurment & had also said that i wasnt interested in bringing my waist in several sizes as i am a hula hooper & it would be strictly for its esthetics but still ended up being super small

The Corsets Story website was easy to navigate, and had a lot of options! The products I received are all quality garments, however I feel like the sizing information was misleading. The size I was told to order based on my measurements is slightly too big, as were the corsets my friends ordered. I appreciate the fact that payment was not withdrawn from my account until I received the order. This might have been a fluke, but because no funds were withdrawn I thought the order was not received. Therefore I ordered twice the same things. I now have a sizable sum missing from my account because I will have to return the second order. When I emailed customer service, I received a speedy reply. I was unable to check the status of my first order for some reason. Admittedly, this could have been due to user error . I haven't sent the returns back yet, but I am hoping the process will be as smooth as placing the order was.

The piece I bought was absolutely gorgeous and more than I expected, though the delivery service took much longer than was indicated, I couldn't be happier.
