The service and overall experience of shopping was pleasant, and my order arrived on time. I bought a clearance item, making sure to double check my measurments with those of the sizing chart, as I was informed that there were no returns on clearance items. The item they sent me is marked as the size I ordered, but it is far too big for me, so much so that I cannot wear it, despite the fact that the sizing chart provided on the site indicated it was my correct size. The quality of the item is good, however, I just wish the sizing would have been accurate between the sizing chart and the products. Now, I fear I will have to try to resell this item on eBay to recoup the money I spent on it. I will probably not buy from this seller again because of this hassle.

We are sorry to hear that the item you had ordered did not fit you as you had expected, please note that our sizing chart is only a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate as we are all different shapes and sizes as to what kind of corset and size will fit us correctly. I LOVE my black jacquard underbust corset! I put it on the moment it arrived...yes, the wait was a bit long but then I suppose it DID have to come all the way across the pond to California. I really love the site! There was a good selection of corsets that were my size. The only issue I had was that they were all on back order. I understand that it takes extra time to make them because they are all made custom, but I was hoping that the plus size corsets would be somewhat available. The customer service representative I corresponded with was very helpful and was even able to provide me with an approximate delivery time even though I did not pay for item tracking.

I am currently the owner of ten corsets and the one my husband bought me for Christmas from Corset Story was the nicest one by far. Everyone at the event we went too wanted to touch and feel the corset. They loved the steel boning and quality fabric.
