great merchendise, poor website and distrobution issues. Although the site said my order was instock and my status is shipped , I was told that due to an error , my order is back order 3+ weeks. Still waiting. :(

They offer a beautiful array of corsets, with fine construction. Their customer service is wonderful, prompt and helpful. However, of my last four orders, three have had mistakes (one of which I did not report because the corset I wanted was no longer available and the one they sent was closer than anything else in stock). That said, they were very kind in replacing/crediting the other two messed up orders. If they could fix their mistake ridden shipping department, I would unequivocally recommend this company.

I was very keen to get my hands on the waist training corset to review for my blog...as I had heard about the brand from a fellow blogger and wanted to see what the product was like...and wanted to publish the blog series in the new year. I placed my order and was told that I would get it before Xmas as it was in stock...I then paid for my order .... after the sale was complete i received an email to say that there would be a delay in the delivery as it wasn't in stock and I wouldn't receive it until 2-3 weeks after Xmas. That was a pretty big bummer.

I think they sell quality merchandise but the returns dept avoids you like the plague. I have a broken corset and have emailed them twice about it and am yet to get a response.

I loved the website and the ease of ordering. I purposely ordered early so that I didn't feel angst over receiving my package at a timely manner and I choose to have the delivery method with no tracking which is 5-12 days delivery time. I now wish I had paid for tracking I have not yet received the package and I am a bit nervous being that I don't have tracking.. something I will take into careful consideration the next time I want to order from Corsets -Story. Once I FINALLY receive the product I will be more able to give you additional information. This rating is based on my nervousness of not having received my package and it is the 12th day counting the weekend.
