It has been a challenge getting the right corset. When asking the best way to do it, you get a canned response. When exchanging an item you don't get to choose the price or the shipping.

This was my second time purchasing from you. I would have purchased even more but, the pricing was wrong on the corset I wanted when I went to check out. While you corrected the problem with pricing within 24 hours, I had already ordered and checked out on a different corset. I had wanted to take advantage of the 3 for 2 sale... but because of the mix up on the price... didn't. When I spoke to a customer service person and told her about that, she didn't even offer to adjust my order to include the one I originally wanted plus my third. (Of course I'd have paid the difference). I just would have thought that if a customer made it clear that they wanted to buy more on a CURRENT sale, it could have been done.

The corsets are well-made, but customer service is not very good at responding on time. Also, the online ordering system is separate from the part which keeps track of your requests/complaints (zendesk), and it's frustrating dealing with them until you realize this. Also, no one ever picks up the phone!

Yomna, Thank you for your feedback, we apologise that the customer services may respond late in regards to emails, however please do note that we are a UK based company so we do have a time difference and we do allow a 24-48 hour response in regards to email because of this, also this may be why you are unable to get through over the phone because of the time difference we experience, apologise again. Our customer service team had explained that you needed an additional payment in regards to your exchanges, however we cannot take additional payments over the phone without generating an order, so our customer service representative had taken this additional payment needed for your exchanges in a new order of 'suspender clips' which were not sent to you, this was just an order needing to be generated in order to take the additional payment request in regards to your exchange items wanted.
