The corset arrived quickly and was well-packaged. At one time I had a question about prices on their website and they were answered quickly and professionally. I was hesitant to order from someone I had not heard of before, but after many of my friends began ordering their corsets from Corset-Story, I decided to give it a try. So glad I did!!!

This was my second order with Corset-Story. I bought from them again for many reasons, but I will recommend them to anyone that asks because of my very first order. I had difficulty placing my order due to overseas restrictions on my bank card through the website, so I phoned corset-story and placed my order over the phone. The young lady who assisted me was OUTSTANDING. Very patient, very accommodating, and I was told everything I did was brilliant. My corsets arrived in top-notch shape, exactly as I'd ordered, and so fast I was in disbelief when I found them at my doorstep. The corset quality is excellent, and the prices are more than fair. Whether you're into Cosplay, Gothic or period attire, or you just want to add a little spice to your wardrobe, Corset-Story should be your first choice.

I loved the merchandise and the service was quick! The only thing that left me quite disappointed was that I ordered my items in the wrong size and was not granted an exchange on ANY of my items. I followed the steps to exchange, which were wonderful. However, I received an email from the rep telling me that one of the items was not in stock. Instead of placing a back order or exchanging the items in stock and crediting the one no longer available, I was credited for ALL, which means that I will probably have to pay more for the items I want since I had waited for a while to get 3 for 2 and free shipping. I felt that was completely mishandled, but I would still recommend the product to friends.

I have ordered from Corset Story 4 times and each time has been a pleasure. There was only a problem once and it wasn't on their end; the fabric for the corset I ordered that time was no longer available. In order to make up for something that was not their fault they gave me a bit of store credit. Very nice!
