We had a couple of problems using our credit card through your site. When we tried a different card (Visa instead of Mastercard) it went right through. Otherwise, your site is wonderful and informative on your products.

The order came in time for my event; however, the items were not what I expected. Only one of the three actually worked out.

Selection was great, info on sizing was great. My disappointment came with shipping methods. I had two choices: non-tracked 5-12 business days or Express 2 day that would have been an extra $40. I went with non-tracked, but am nervous since I don't know the origin of my shipment or an expected delivery date. Being able to track my shipment is VERY important! I read thru the FAQ's and saw that there was tracking without doing Express shipping, but that option was not made available to me when checking out. I still have not received my order, but am giving a little more time before contacting Corsets-Story. I only hope I get my order before the event I need it for, and that the items fit! Keeping my fingers crossed, and trying to stay positive (but it's hard).
