I have bought from Corset-Story in the past and love both their deals and products, however, this is my first time buying a Made to Order item and I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of communication and updates on my order. It has been three weeks exactly, and I have no idea if my item is made, shipped, delivered to some weird place, nothing.

Great service! Item arrived quickly, considering it had to be sent overseas by Royal Air Mail. Corsets-Story has a great selection of products for every taste. Their prices are really good, too. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Wouldn't let us order until we had an account with them.

I didn't get it, because there was a mix up in the stock when I purchased it. However I am rating it good because they refunded my quickly and painlessly

My only comment is that I wish I could have tracked my package! But I understand through the USPS, it's not practical.

The man who I dealt with for my return, Phillip, was very good about walking me through the process and alerting me to when my new order would be shipped.

I had to return my purchase and have it replaced due to sizing. The customer service and the speed of the entire transaction was excellent.

I thought that the shipping would take twice as long as it did...this company ships their products in a more than timely manner. The return instructions (though not needed) are so detailed and well-written, which impressed me. They make it so convenient and simple for the customer to enjoy their products.

Corset number two, and I'll definitely be back for more. Awesome selection, and beautifully designed!

This is the second order I've placed with corset story, and the only one I have received. I was told there is no record of my other order, however I have people who watched me place it.

It arrived quickly and the quality was excellent. I wish that the costume corsets pulled in the waist a little more but other wise, they were great!
