Beyond impressed with the quality of these corsets. I was worried that they wouldn't be the real deal when I saw the 4 for 1 deal but they exceeded my expectations! And they were delivered in under a week! I'll be a returning customer!
My only issue is with one that I didn't realize has no buckles so I can't slide it over my hips and it's too stiff to pull it down over my head.

INCREDIBLE! not only are they super quality material, they're also very durable, but also comfy. very true to size. i've got a long torso, so the long-line and high back styles are spot on! corsets arrived from overseas in 4 days, and they were super easy to track.

At first when I ordered these, I was worried that they might look sort of "costume-y," but wanted to give it a try because some of the corsets looked like they would be great for everyday wear. When I got them, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful they are! Definitely can wear them everyday with jeans or a skirt, and they look like fancy shirts, not like costumes. Will be wearing these all summer long!

The customer service is great. The corset I ordered arrived in two or three days from the UK via DHL. However, I was really disappointed that, in person, the corset I ordered was a totally different color than in the photos on the website, so I had to send it back. I received my refund within 48 hours of mailing it back which was really nice.

I had to wait almost 2 months for my order to ship. And then you shipped it with the absolute worst international carrier, DHL. The package has been 4 hours from my home for 10 days and they have zero updates on tracking about why they’re not delivering. It’s not worth the hassle to shop with you. I’d rather support a small business owner who’d spend the same 2 months making something unique and custom sized for me. I’m eager to receive my products, only because they were expensive. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.

The underbust corsets are comfortable enough for everyday use. I wear them for back support at work and have no back pain from sitting or standing all day. My first purchase was almost a year ago and they haven't worn out yet.

I took advantage of the 4-for-1 pricing on Friday, 4/9, completely expecting to receive my collection of corsets on Tuesday, 4/13. I downloaded the Shop app and happily watched my package travel along its route out of the UK to the US and through customs over the weekend, before finally arriving in my state early on Monday morning. Imagine my complete and utter joy to then get the notification that they were going to be delivered to me by the end of the day on Monday. A Full Day Early! I am thoroughly impressed! And that is just the shopping and receiving part. The corsets arrived well packaged, are completely beautiful and fit so amazingly. I have selected my everyday corset, and I am working to season it up. My shopping bag is already 3/4 of the way full again. I can't wait to order more.

Corset Story has been impeccable with their customer service, communication, and expediency. That's to say nothing of the quality of their products.
When one of my pre-ordered items was delayed in shipping, they emailed me immediately with several options, including choosing a different item so I could get my order sooner rather than later. It took me a few days to decide what I was going to do, and every couple of days, they emailed with any updates they had. When I finally told them that I wanted to choose something else and sent the info, I received a response the very next morning, along with a shipment notification. I had my order within a week. I cannot stress enough how fabulous Corset Story is.
