The ordering process was easy, my course has arrived in less than 7 days. The only thing I did not enjoy was the fact that they weren't transparent about these items being made in and shipped from China. I think it's insanely overpriced for a Chinese made product considering the consumer cost should be offset by the fact that it's cheaper to produce items there. I would expect being able to have a lower price. Overall my experience was good and if they have another sale I will definitely purchase again. However I don't think I would pay full price just because of lack of transparency

Loved it! The corsets are very cute, and fit almost perfectly, especially the underbust one. One of the corsets ran a bit smaller than expected, but exchanging it was super easy, and I'm excited to get the right sized corset in exchange!

The corsets are beautiful, and well made. Sadly,2 of them are too big, despite me measuring and double checking your sizing guide before selecting what size I needed.

The Only thing missing is cleaning information specific to the materials used , but the quality is great, they are very comfortable and the shipping was very fast.

I took advantage of the 4 for 1 special for my first purchase from Corset Story and I am so incredibly pleased with my experience. Shopping was very easy, shipping was fast and the tracking was wonderful from DHL, and the corsets are beautiful and fit perfectly since I made sure to check my measurements prior to ordering. Thank you Corset Story for providing quality corsets at a reasonable price and an amazing online shopping experience! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I got them in rather quickly and love them. I have back pain and shoulder pain so i was looking for something to help support my back as well as something that wont rub my shoulder. I can't stand bras anymore because of shoulder pain. i got 3 overbust corsets as well as a vest one. the vest one doesn't rub and fits well. Then bands are also comfortable seeing as they are not resting too much on my shoulder. the material is well made and thick which is what I wanted for my back. So excited to start wearing them regularly.

They were quick to notify me of a delay with my order and gave options on how to proceed. I opted to wait rather than change my order or get a refund. Everything arrived not too long afterwards and was in great shape! Excited to wear these

Bought 4 corsets and it took forever to get what I ordered. They kept me in the loop for what was happening and offered to give me another corset, but I want what I ordered and there was little to no customer service to make it easier or less painful.

The quality and beauty of the products is amazing. Now to work through my very poor feelings regarding customer care.....the pieces are beautiful.....
