Shopping experience was nice - shipping experience has not been. Unexpected delays that take forever to get solved are an unfortunate accident - but I did really need my corsets in time to wear them for my coustumes, and online events.

My order include a pre-ordered item that cause significant delays. I received several emails keeping me up to date. I really appreciate the level of communication about where my order was in the process and why there were delays. I am very satisfied with my experience and would order again.

Great communication and great corsets, I'm new to the whole use of corsets but they're insanely comfy and very nice quality.

I have not received my order so I cannot speak for the quality of the products or packaging ect. However so far the resources, and the updates I've revived, and options I've had for delays in my order have been wonderful. I opted to wait for my original order and not trade. But the clear cut communication I've received is some of the best I've ever seen in online shopping. I'm thrilled in the process so far and can't wait for my product to arrive.

My corsets still haven’t arrived, though delivery was supossed to be last month. I am still anxiously awaiting my corsets. I was very excited, but now I feel defeated.

I wish I knew how long it would take to ship out. It took two weeks for them to be shipped out.

Thw corsets are gorgeous and the exchange policies allowed me to exchange 2 that I need a smaller size for and 1 that simply didnt suit me. I'm buying all my corsets here!

Great quality product, the denim was thick, the hardware feels durable. Even the mesh panels feel secure still.
I didn't intend on using the return policy and by the time I decided I should, the deadline had run out. Maybe because of covid or because my product was delayed since I ordered items that were on pre-order, but I was still able to return, which was wonderful! The process was straightforward and my exchanges came in a timely manner. I'm pretty pleased with the whole interaction.

I have not yet received my items, and I understand that I had a preorder item and it was supposed to take a while. I ordered in late February and didn’t get any communication for why it was late (apparently docking issues bc of brexit) until mid-late March, in response to an email I sent.
After the email communication was swift and they offered me other options and refunds, though, so not too bad I didn’t blame them
Excited to receive my items and hope that if I have to return/ exchange anything it won’t take so long

I love my purchase and have zero regrets the corset I purchased is so comfortable! And yet gives me such a dramatic look in my waist I reduced my waist by about 2 in and it was so comfortable it felt like a hug on my waist. The hip grooves make it so that i have lots of space for my hips and it gives me that Coca-Cola bottle shape! I’m in love with my corset!

Great customer service! A preorder corset took a bit longer than expected but they offered to replace it with another. I decided to wait and that didn’t take very long though!

The corsets were beautiful and high-quality. Well constructed with neat seams, durable fabric, and the unique busk closures and other detailing perfect for what I wanted.
