I have had very good experience up to this last purchase. My rating would've been excellent except this last purchase it took over two months to get a skirt and suspenders and it wouldn't have been so bad except I had virtually no contact from Corset Story unless I made contact first. To keep the customer in the loop so to speak is very important and if something is going to take longer than normal to prepare and ship the customer should be notifies as soon as possible. I still highly recommend Corset Story to any first time buyers and they have exceptional garments. I will purchase again but maybe this time customer service will be more assertive with notifications.

So far everything has gone as they said it would. Communication has been awesome. They said my order would ship complete in 3 weeks and it has. I am currently waiting for my second corset, but was told yesterday that it has shipped and should arrive in a few days. Wonderful service so far!!
