So far everything has gone as they said it would. Communication has been awesome. They said my order would ship complete in 3 weeks and it has. I am currently waiting for my second corset, but was told yesterday that it has shipped and should arrive in a few days. Wonderful service so far!!

I wish there had been the opportunity to ask to hold my order until backordered items arrive. As it is, half my order has arrived and the other half has just been shipped. But that means I need to pay the flat fee for customs twice, instead of just once. For a recent return I had, the replacement corsets were not both available and the order was held until they could be shipped out together. I assumed that was standard practice and was unpleasantly surprised. However, I still believe the corsets themselves are very good value for the money and I will order again. I will just make sure that all of my order is either available, or backordered.

I received my corsets a little quicker than I expected, considering I live in Hawaii and everything usually takes forever to get to me. I do wish my items were shipped in a box, however they arrived safe, sound, and are oh-so-fabulous!

Was disappointed that the one corset was backordered. The people at Corset-Story were quick in letting me know this. Their people were also helpful and reasonably prompt at responding to my e-mail questions. The item was shipped in a timely manner.
