I appreciate your understanding in returns, but I felt a bit unsatisfied that I ended up paying shipping to you because the size you recommended was extremely off. By the time you were sending it back to me, the same corset was $15 less and the shipping wouldn't have been as big of a deal, but I ended up paying over $100 for a corset that someone else can now buy for about $77. However, I understand why this has to be, even if I'm not happy about it.

Corset-story is very quick to ship orders. This is the third order that I have gotten from them. I would rather purchase their corsets than from places closer to home.

Great service! Took a little while to get to my house, but I live in very rural USA.

Generally good. My girlfriend mentioned to me (months later) that one of the corsets ordered never arrived. (am overseas at the moment and could not follow-up)

The quality seems very good, but I still have not received my order to an inventory issue. I was notified 3 days after my order that it was not actually in stock and would be three weeks before it could be shipped. It would have been nice if I had been offered the opportunity to change my order for something that was in stock, as this was a gift. I hope that the rest of my experience with Corset Story is positive.

The site is great, very clear and pretty and nicely categorized and user-friendly. I adore ALL of your products and have been back 500x to relook at everything, trying to decide what to order next! Your sales are phenomenal, in fact the corset I ordered went on sale aftere I ordered it...oh well. You were out of some siuzes and I coresponded with a man through email who was marvelous about helping me find an alternative. He responds fast as well! I have not received my order yet though, maybe with the change of order it might take longer, hope not. Shipping time is long enough coming from the UK. Wondered why the site says California and name says UK.The site was a drop confusing as far as what youre backordered on and not, needs to be better updated, I guess. I'm certain my corset will be amazing because of all youve detailed about the specifics on the site and I CANT WAIT to receive it!!!! YAYYYY!
