I ordered a Corset in October 2011 and it was excellent. I ordered 3 more corsets in July 2012, and while I'm not as happy with the quality/design of the newest corsets, they all were packaged/shipped very well and arrived in a timely manner. The description underneath the corsets could use a little more depth, especially for new-users who are not 100% knowledgeable about corsets and could use the information to gain knowledge/experience while shopping/purchasing from your website. Overall, very cute designs on corsets.

I love Corset-Story! Its the only place I shop for gorgeous corsets for cosplay or just to feel attractive in. The prices and quality are unlike any other. Your international shipping times are great too! However, I wish you had a Cancel Order button, as opposed to ordering an item and if you change your mind about the purchase, having to wait for it to arrive and re-ship it back. I also wish you could respond to feedback more quickly, though i know you are likely busy with hundreds of inquiries :( I contacted Corset-Story less than 24h after I purchased my latest corset in hopes of canelling the order before it shipped. It took 4 days for my email to be read and responded to, and by then my order could not be cancelled. I still love your company and your corsets! But just a friendly suggestion from a customer who got a little lost in your system. Thank you so much.

good customer service, the delivery time was a little long, however when I was contacted by corset-story they let me know that there were problems with the postal service. unfortunately not something they have control over. I have recieved the corset and it is beautiful, very well made and I look forward to buying more in the future.

The site is excellent, it is in fine order. I'm able to search easily. The pictures provided are a wonderful asset in better showing me details of the corsets. Your quality of the products is wonderful, I love both the corsets design and will be ordering more in time. Although I was disappointed when I found that you had sent my long green corset in a 34 in instead of a 24 in as ordered. So I will be sending that one back to get the right size.

This was my first time ordering from Corset-Story and admittedly a little impatient in waiting for it to arrive - it finally came today and I am beyond pleased with my purchase.

Always have awesome deals in their COTD, clearance, just reduced, etc sections. If I can't find anything in there I can always find something at an amazing price under the regular merchandise. The site is easy to navigate and I can always find something to fall in love with.
